Thank you to Pedro for being so responsive, knowledgeable and above all so kind! My AC gave out on Sunday evening and my biggest concern was my elderly parents that live with me. Pedro had a full day of clients on Monday but promised that if he had any cancelations that he would keep me in mind, since his soonest available time slot would've been Tuesday. Pedro is a man of his word and reached out on Monday, less than 24 hours of me reaching out on a Sunday. Pedro had me back up and running within an hour of arrival. Pedro is amazing as well as his apprentice whose name I unfortunately did not get.
